No ads, no tracking, no selling your data. Optional anonymous product analytics is off by default and never includes your todo text or local activity. The Mac app reads local files (~/.claude/projects and ~/.codex/sessions), and judging shells out to the claude CLI you already have, on your existing subscription. The iPhone app uses a phone-number account only to keep your todos in sync across devices.
